Appointment Reservation and Confirmation
Thank you for scheduling your exclusive consultation with us. Your appointment has been secured to ensure a personalized experience just for you. Should you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid incurring the full consultation fee. Please note that clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be required to reschedule their appointment and will be charged for the full consultation time.
Consultation fees are as follows: R500 for couture consultations and R250 for rental consultations. While this fee is included in your final invoice upon dress selection, it will be charged separately should you decide not to proceed with the gown.
